Lia will all get the guys and she'll get pregnant but they chose not to know who the father is(This is the end btw). Arielle died and so is the emperor afaik. The true princess resurfaced back and tried to kinda foil the plan of Lia. Lia returned to his original body but in the same world...iirc, she went back in time and helped one of the MLs. When Lia died (still in the body of the red haired princess) Nadrika was so close in destroying the whole world(I love him in this). Like he was ready to go nuclear missiles on that world coz Lia died. When Lia, now in her original body(before beong transmigrated to the redhaired princess) Nadrika knows already who she is eventhough she has a different appearance hehe.Btw, when the og Lia resurfaced, she tried to seduce the male leads but it doesn't work even a bit.

That's very in character for her to just go "[sighs] guys, move over a bit, make space, yeah I know I know its a tight squeeze already but the more the merrier...come on..." and plunk a former god straight in the middle just so he can pick his number and wait his turn
