It’s actually not incest as they are only “siblings” by law and are not blood related. It is actually totally legal for them to be involved. Although, this is true, it probably is still seen as wrong by society standards.
Is this counted as incest? I don't really read genre that involves adopted seme x adopted uke. That's why I haven't read Love or Hate until now
