Taeui (Mc) was kinda forced by his uncle to this sort of secret military. There he met ML Ilay (tho wasn’t their first encounter). Mc is also in search of his twin brother that disappeared, he later learned that those special forces were using him(twin) to make weapons and that explains his disappearance. Ilay becomes obsessed with MC, and after mc gets fed up he gets his payback and disappeared on Ilay. Mc was in the run as he was looking for his twin. Some things happen, gets in the wrong situations again and Ilay ends up finding him, but becomes even more obsessed as now more people are trying to get to MC (which puts him in danger) bc he’s some sort of good luck charm and bc of his genius brother still missing.

I dont get this story at all, not even an ounce of the plot is getting through my head. Can someone please explain?
