I only assume. The amount of money the head villager had is abnormal for people who don’t even work. And even he had big shot on call in case police sniffing around. With “delivery” people to the mix it’s either drugs or weapon, but I don’t think the later is possible. It could be human trafficking or illegal organ trafficking too but that’s a stretch.
