It’s about twin brothers whose mom was killed by a wolf so they went and move to an island to live with their dad. There the found out that their dad was a wolf god, who sent someone to kill their mom , and one of the twins was to be his vessel for a new body. It’s a short manga then ends with a cliffhanger
