I think it was a manhwa. It was in black and white and red. MC has a hand fetish and wants ml to keep blindfold on or maybe mc wants to keep it on (can't remember). He sees ml's hands on a train. He passes out these cards with a time and place on it to meet him and ml was the first to show up.
