I understand everyone’s frustration with the recent chapter but I can help but like the direction it’s going? Euihyun as we’ve been throughout the story is NOT mentally stable, we’ve seen this from literally chapter 1. He clings onto people he loves and cannot bear to be separated from them, mix instability with heartbreak and you get desperation, Euihyun NEEDS Taeju, he’s grown attached to him, he won’t take no for an answer and I can’t help but think that this in character for him. I do want communication but like,, we have seen them communicate, but it’s not all the time, sometimes they communicate AFTER they do a fucked up thing, it sucks but it’s how they are

Understand exactly what you mean! You must have read this story from the very beginning to understand the personality of both of them!
Also, I don't think the drug Euihyun gave him will put him in a complete trance, maybe he'll just be temporarily confused so Euihyun can finally get him to listen? And as Taeju absorbs Euihyun's pheromones, he may realize more and more that they really need each other! <3

I love this take because it's realistic and believable based off of Euihyun's chatacter from the very beginning and throughout the story. He really was mentally unstable, had suicidal tendencies and now he was trully desperate. And desperate people tend to do actions normal people wouldn't do, plus again, paired with his mental state. I believe the author's portrayal of Euihyun now and these actions that he took/did this chapter are on character. It was amazingly portrayed. The consistency of the character, I mean.
