I think that the other 2 concubines arent important in the empire, because Lass destroyed 3 and the 4 of them is her bestie so.. the other 2 are isolate and in Chariot the real meaning of concubines are hostage with the actual power of chariot they are irrelevant in politics

I think they're more or less hiding sin e they HAD to be there but didn't want to.
They're "important hostages" then, lmao. But I agree they mustn't hold that much political power otherwise (or at least, not anymore?) since if they (still) did they would've appeared by now (not necessarily as agntagonists)
Even if they aren't important or simply hostages like the blue haired concubine initially was, they should have still been at least shown. Then again it doesn't really matter all that much, as long as the revenge part is going strong the rest of the plot can take a back seat.
There may be no more concubines than Shasa, because The emperor said he wanted to reduce them
