i also got my hair shaved off when i was a baby... it didn't work :(
My granny did that to my mum, and it didn't work either. So my mum told me that my granny almost did the same to me, but my mum was able to her hahahahahahaha
Reminds me of when my mother shaved off my eyelash cuz she believed it would grow back thicker and curlier...I have the thinest shortest and straightest eyelash out of all my siblings
