The baby euiyung miscarried, in the panel where they're all in the bubble, it's hard to make out but you can see it to the right of euiyoung, only its little cheek though, it's facing away from the perspective and all you can make out is the cheek with the blush lines on it. It's wrapped in white cloth.

Yes, I'm still hoping the doctor was wrong though lol. But it's his imagination, I think he is just imagining them together as a family even though the baby isn't there anymore.
