Even with her dad and brother loving her, Azel will be a big problem and will hold a grudge if she’s punished in any way
He did not believe the empress at first on the matter of the gender/living status. That's why he double-check with the most "devoted" nurse of his wife... Weak attempt cause the child was indeed living under your nose, but the empress did work to blur our the traces. Also, it seems like the Orphanage's director was hiding the MC from potential parents.
How about the MC... using that smart mouth of her... to explain everything to his biological? And give the man the chance to prove her wrong. He and his son do not even like Azel... and the fool is not even his and he HATE the empress' guts so much already.
If she wanted to go back then that’s the best thing to do, explaining to her bio dad abt it. But then to get rid of the empress, u would need concrete evidence so it could take a while. As for Azel… I had no clue she wasn’t his daughter if that’s the case, then it they can cast her out but if not, then they would need a good reason to push her away.

Idk why but pls i need her to go back as the princess since the emperor was searching her all over and she just said i don't want to be a princess? i understand her but bro it's diff from the story you've read gurl. And why tf the duke said like that to the emperor? Even he's not protecting the child, atleast he's been searching for her .
