People blame JJ because apparently it was his fault for not speaking until it was too late. JJ apparently had to say even the most basic courtesy. To me, that's just blaming JJ for not raising Leo properly. But last time I checked, Leo is not a child.
Sooo true! It also seems JJ has tried to communicate before (like with moving out of the apartment) and Leo has not cared to remember. It's not like Leo blacks out when he drinks, because he was able to remember their conversation after waking up the day after either. JJ does communicate but Leo overshadows him or forgets, which may have contributed to the eventual blowout. Not to say JJ was perfect at communicating and setting boundaries but it's not solely on him either.
why ppl are blaming JJ solely for the situation they're both in right now where i believe there was a chapter where Leo couldn't even answer when JJ asked him "do you see me as your boyfriend?" somewhere between those words. lmao it was given a lil bit emphasis how Leo treated JJ during their relationship. sure JJ was and still nonchalant but he was there for Leo through and through like a puppet like an idiot for a one sided love or something. But anyways, i'm just glad it wasn't the amnesia trope cause i was about to drop this story if it was really the case! dang it
