I agree it really left a bad taste. No rapist, abuser, manipulator, or neglect-er should ever get away as they are the most likely to not only re offend and not learn their lesson but crimes should be punished and should be shown as something unacceptable. It honestly made me hella mad
uke’s brother and parents got away too easily imo, i feel like the author took uke’s situation very lightly and decided to just brush off the fact that he was raped and neglected
