On the left side you see that flag? Click on it and it opens up for you to report things. It's also there when you are reading the chapters, but it has different things to report like if a page is not loading vs manga info being incorrect or duplicate chapters like it does on the series page.

I can't figure out how to report this so hope someone can figure this out. Chapter 1 and 2 are the same chapter.
