Im not really good in explaining (and English isn't my first language) so sorry if anything is confusing

The fork (in this case alpha) can't taste anything and can't enjoy food unlike other, except for cakes (omegas) they have a unique smell that seduce forks and drove them to wanting to eat them.
In this case it really depends in the way the author write their world, some will literally eat them including their meat and their whole body. Some authors write it as only body fluids like semen or blood and some only kiss is enough for them to "eat".

Cakeverse is so weird and honestly i dont like it, i found only like 2 mangas about it and both were very disgusting and creepy

Technically it's not a cakeverse but it has similar worl building just different terminology (the concept was good but the story not very much, i ended up dropping it so i don't know much about what happens later)

Btw i remember clearly that ive read a cakeverse manga here that had cannibalism and gore. I remember the seme cutting the hand of the uke and eating it while the uke was watching and enjoying it. And maybe it ended up with him eating him as whole little by little while he was alive. Sadly i couldn't find it. (And im sure you will find a lot of those fucked up stories on here or MRM if you look for them)
