When my older sister had her miscarriage, she said she just had a very heavy bleeding when she was in the toilet. It didn't hurt or anything, like a normal period. After that she went for a checkup and she was fine. I guess it was because it's in the early stages of pregnancy, 2-3 months. Every people differ I guess

Hi. I’m a doctor (lol it sound absurd to claim if here but well…) babies don’t “dissolve” with a pill. If a patient take an abortifacient (this time it’s a pill), the pregnancy will be terminated and the forming fetus will be expelled out of the body. Since it’s not fully formed, it may seem to others that it’s just heavy bleeding, sometimes the patient could see meaty materials, or in early stages she can experience blood spotting. I think Eui didn’t need surgery since he’s still in the early trimester of pregnancy. Lol seems author-nim just didn’t include him bleeding out. hope this helps!
