Hello. I made an investigation on my own and my good friend Google told me that the artist is Kousaka Tohru (the same artist who made Okane Ga Nai) and that this illustration was released in Shousetsu Lynx (probably a magazine, but I'm not really sure) in 2009.
If you manage to find the name of this manga/novel (but I think it's a novel), please let me know!
