I find it funny that she never thought to just befriend Alice and get with the bulter that way. Why do they always have to "follow the Otome Game plot".

The fact that the Heroine had to go through all of that because it's the only way to get the one she really likes (Alice's Butler) because he's a hidden character is... wow. I give her respect for that kind of dedication in this manga aside from the fact that she made topsy-turvy of the whole thing for Alice but if she haven't done that then MC wouldn't have gotten Alice then XD so I guess it's a win-win. Ex-crown prince is a lost cause so far tho.
