Does he have some kind of power or something?? This is making me curious

He's probably the guy from mc memory/dream that was attacked by zombies, I think his body got mixed with zombies or smth like he has immunity to them?? zombies are also scared of him so maybe he's some kind of leader??? at least it's what I think he could be

i was hoping he is but he looks completely different..
