I don't think that's possible because Ilya actually has memories of his past and his mom (even though they're a bit blurry) while Jerry only remembers things that happened from when he first woke up after transmigrating¯_(ツ)_/¯

Guys I have a crazy theory but.... what if Ilya can see the system messages because he is a transmigrator like Jerry as well but he is completely unaware or just is really into the role? Food for thought ... (⌐■-■)
