So I read it quite a while ago, it was about the beautiful silver haired princess and I think the empress wasn't her birth mother, she wanted her son to be the emperor. Princess was also engaged to a duke(?) Who was a womanizer but was a military general. The were having a negotiation with the neighboring country and they called them "barbaric" because they were on the darker skin side. The ML was the prince and fell in love with the fl . The fl was the one who wanted to succeed the negotiations.
