I realize this topic is old but if anyone is still wondering, here are some manga that I think meet that description. Some may or may not qualify depending on whether you're only looking for uke who have both a masculine personality and masculine body.
- Shishi Mo Kobamazu (delinquent student)
- Yondaime Ooyamato Tatsuyuki (Yakuza)
- FAKE (police officers)
- NightS (Yakuza)
- Yellow ("Snatchers")
- Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai (Yakuza)
These ones don't have "bad boys", but they don't have a typical feminine uke either:
- Nemuri Otoko to Koi Otoko (almost all of Zaria's characters have very masculine bodies, but a lot are submissives so I didn't list those)
- Shitasaki ni Yoake no Aji
- Minori no Te
