I’m not too sure but he’s the guy Brett talked to in the bathroom during that party in ch. 14. Probably got offended or sumn and the alcohol took it too far
He just didn't like confidence and back fire comment in party also Brett know he is getting bulleid possibly part of group so he just found him beside that govt official guy so he decide to shoot him too
So did I miss something or forget something? What did Brett do to this guy that he wanted to kill him?
