Real. I commented the same thing before in a TT post. I like the story and the characters are pretty but they also all look very monotone. They don't need to have exaggerated cartoony expressions to look alive but somehow the art for this seems to struggle with it
i love the art and i think its beautiful, but damn i wish it was just a tad more expressive. it seems like the art style is a little copy and paste, making everyone have the same look but its still good. i just felt like whenever they cried, it didnt feel like they were crying… lol
