I'm confused..the format is webcomic and comic??

This is originally manga format, the eng publisher thinly sliced them to get more profits but it became too short so they reformatted it into webcomic since its longer because its spreaded, and then they released the uncensored version and its a bother to reformatted them because they decensor it so they left this version as is but still short so each chapter of either format actually have the same content
