Well depends on how you put on in mouth you can involuntary swallow as reflex for not choking and Inferna, the black dragon tried puke by sticking the fingers on chapter 47~48 I don't remember exactly but by the time he must have already absorb the moth egg

How do these characters simply just swallow whatever is put in their mouth...that sounds wrong but in this context its a fcking bug eww.. stick ur fingers in and puke it out??
