Adaptation

Idk if it's bcs it was just badly adapted from the novel but the reason I hate Qiyu isn't even because he's a satan spawn.

Like, yes, we hate MLs like him but the blaring gaps and holes in his character is just ABSURD. He's just an asshole and INCREDIBLY STUPID for NO REASON. Like mans was given everything all his life, properly educated and exposed to the reality of the world through war (like aren't you supposed to learn shit there?), but his brain and emotional maturity just keeps regressing worse than an infant.

ML has no substance AT ALL.
