Right like he’s family died and his sister was used as blackmail. He got tortured and the family killed him for fun while the servants found it fun. After all of that he got resurrected to kill a monster. The guy can’t catch a break
I agree that he shouldn’t be the ML, but I wouldn’t call him trash. I would say he just has very heavy trauma and doesn’t cope well at all. With their dynamic, i don’t think they should get together. However, he’s blinded by trauma and revenge so obviously he’s not gonna think clearly.
Also, even though they’ve technically lived like 70+ years, their mental ages haven’t really changed all that much. And seeing as he died young, and only lived a couple years in an adult body, he’s very immature. I’m not trying to excuse everything he’s done, just trying to find reason
