The sudden plot line with Bai Lu's ex being his step brother weirded me out, ngl. It was also dragged out for so long, that it became hella annoying. They could have made his ex anyone but his step bro, but naur. The entirety of the manhwa was dragged around that plot until the end. This started out strong, but dipped in quality once the step bro was introduced.
