That gape would only be possible if something is currently inserted in. Like how the xray style of drawing/POV, where the scene is in missionary position but the artist shows the POV of the bottom so they sort make the top see through. So readers would see the gaping hole without obstruction. Illustrator did it here with just stretching. It's perfectly round too lol.
