I want to know as well, can someone answer? I've been putting this for awhile.

There's no romance between them. It's like a student-teacher relationship

So far no I don't think he see her like that moreso like someone mentioned teacher-student, parent-daughter. It's been hinting at that she might've developed a crush on him but it's kinda blurred between that and maybe just admiration.

I think Peter thinks of her as a daughter since he had one.

Probably not since he knows her background, but could feel that family bond like a granddaughter.
