Is it just me, but am I the only one glad that new dude isn’t a 2nd ML. People are upset just cause they think he’s hotter or just don’t like the ML. But now it’s confirmed he likes the MC’s brother hence being a side couple. It’s WAY better than being a 2nd ML used as a stepping stone for the mains relationship and not ending up with anyone. Anyone who actually wished for him to be 2nd ML should be smart enough to know that position 9/10 never wins.

Judging on how it’s unclear how old they are, in my opinion it looks like new dude is older. It could be that new dude is around the brother’s age. And they met when mc looked like a kid in middle school. And mc developed a one-sided crush on him. MC once kissed him out of nowhere while the new dude was just shocked. MC still looked younger in that scene, possibly a teen? There wasn’t any scene of reciprocation from him. So that could be a factor if y’all don’t like older x minor romances where they met when mc was a kid lmfao.
