Personally, I think the big 3 would be Painter of the Night, BJ Alex, and Love is an Illusion. But agreeing to what user Icy River mentioned above, they aren't that good plot-wise or character-wise or romance-wise etc.
POTN - a classic for historical genre. Been reading this back then when it has only like 40+ chapters ongoing and it's all over Twitter, IG, FB, etc.
BJ Alex - a classic for modern, regular BL genre. When I say regular BL, it's like irl, non-omegaverse. One of my first reads back then when I started getting into this BL thingy due to popular recs across various SNS and I remember this ranking for a long time in the official app.
LIAL- a classic for omegaverse fans. Literally the first omegaverse manhwa I've read back then when it was still ongoing. People of the internet been yapping about how cute Byul is and fanarts are literally everywhere. Who doesn't know Fargo-nim? It's almost as if this author started the whole recessive omega thingy in korean omegaverse and the very first one to illustrate a colored mpreg showing the omega's actual baby bump and (somehow cute) birth scene.

Only painter of the night is iconic and known enough to be considered "big". Jinx is just known because it sucks and like... Pearl boy...? Really? Its extremely forgetable.
But still, the bog 3 shounen are called that way because they shaped the way shounen became, not just because they're popular. And none of these can fit this category.
Honestly the one that would probably fit the most isn't even a bl (Killing Stalking). We can't argue that it had major influence over bl manhwa, intended or not
