no thanks, i will read the comments and im not talking about the healthy criticism, im talking about the constant complaints from people who clearly shouldn't be reading this story if the dark themes of it makes them uncomfortable yet they still continue and moral police other readers because of their own discomfort.

But it's true. He hates the story, yet he reads it! I haven't finished scum villian. Idk, I love mxtx, but I didn't like the constant miscommunication and lack there of in that story. Also, It felt forced. I love MXTX's other two stories though!

T79 is my absolute favorite danmei author! Her writing is magnificent! I love it so much! Very picture-esk - it almost feels like your the air around the description of what she's writing. I need to read her other works! I can't wait to get my Nanchan copy!

A little slow in some parts that bored me, but overall I enjoyed it alot! Definitely on my top 3, tied with Sha Po Lang, so far. I haven't finished SPL all the way. But so far from what I read, it's up there tied with QJJ. My top 2 are TGCF and then Married Thrice to a Salted Fish. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
I know many who like SVSSS tend to not like MXTX's other works. I think it's the lack of melodrama that does it for a lot of people.

favorite authors are t97, meatbun and priest. qjj, yuwu, erha, spl, qqgk are my top danmeis for now. aside from those i love mist, ccp, little mushroom, modu and fake slackers etc
T97's way of writing such intricate and elaborate plot and the perfect balance between plot and romance is just what i love. it's unreal how the romantic developments and intimate scenes are so sophisticated in her writing. in qjj, cezhou are both powerful together and individually plus no aspects or characters she writes feels unnecessary to the story, the side characters are all unique in their own ways and fleshed out. lastly the strong female characters like qi zhuyin and li jianting really touched my heart.
meatbun; erha was my first danmei and oh boy what a ride it was. i totally love getting stabbed by huge amounts of angst while the author laughs at me in the author's note i love how she deals with extremely heavy and dark topics while also having top notch humor.
and priest, her strong worldbuilding and interesting ideas are a reason why so many readers name her as their favorite and i couldn't agree more. and i like her slow burn style of romance which feels rewarding when it happens since the focus is more on the plot
umm wdym scared? it's not really my problem if someone takes offence because i didn't like what they like. im at work so i can't reply very quickly. anyways mdzs was good, it's been quite a while since i read it, i love wangxian and especially lan wangji and the angst surrounding them but other than that i don't remember the story itself being memorable enough for me. as for tgcf, i read it after seeing all the overwhelming amount of hype around it and was excited to pick it up but unfortunately i couldn't get myself to be invested in the story. yes it has many tropes that i like but despite that it wasn't living up to my expectations. this is only my PERSONAL experience. i could maybe reread in the future and have a change of opinion but im not saying the stories themselves are bad or poorly written.
A bunch of Shen Yuans in the comments, all y'all do is complain go read something you actually like instead of wasting your time here moral policing. edit: since some of y'all like acting dense, complaining abt stuff like incest and whatnot in a manhwa based on egyptian mythology is just nothing but dumbassery, not 'constructive criticism'
