Chronos and Valhalla are the 2 big empires. They both want to conquer the entire continent and be in charge.
The smaller countries/kingdoms are Cairo, Hektor, Uberto, Frank, Redford and Odelia
Summary of political climate of the continent of Salamander is below:
1)Chronos keeps trying to invade Cairo(they Kingdom Roman is from). Chronos is to the West of Cairo's which is why Cairo has a Western Front military base. Chronos always trying to invade the border.
2)Valhalla to gain power focused on gathering strong warriors and the sword arts. It is they that created the warrior ranking system. They try to attract warriors from the other kingdoms with promises of riches and grandeur. They set up temples in smaller temples in smaller kingdoms to scout powerful warriors from them. If warriors disagree they intimidate/strongly persuade.
3)Hektor is a small kingdom (like Cairo) that lays to the South of Cairo. They had an amicable relationship with Cairo which is why the Southern Front military base was very relaxed and easy. All the nobles wanted to serve military terms there as its easy. Hektor experienced a famine and to try to get resources attacked Cairo at the CairoSouthern Front. With the help of Roman they wete defeated.
4) to the South of Chronos and Cairo you have the Kindgom Alliance which is made up of 4 Kindgoms(Frank, Odelia, Redford and Uberto). These 4 kingdoms formed an alliance to protect themselves from Chronos invasion attempts.
