Isn't it a normal star? Because iirc ibuki said before in the last chap that mage have star eyes when they use magic Purple-Cranberry
No it’s because he noticed the eyes. Which means it’s out of the norm actually. So I guess it has something to do with how they end up as evil sorcerers in the future

The star they had when cast normal magic and star the other guy had (before he lost control) is two different stars. One star is normal star and other is abnormal with dark stained in it

In chapter 6 he mentioned too "mages when casting magic their eyes will shine like a star.." referring to normal stars . "...but what was that?" Refers to abnormal star, the evil mage eyes didn't shine but instead look like a dark star
But his eyes have stars when the girl praise him, showing her determination. He not casting magic or anything though. SkY@27
The scene before that he's about to cast a magic so his eyes turn into star, his eyes turns normal after he undo his magic. During the girl praises he's still in middle of casting but he just stop halfway rather than undo it
Why the sensei having that eyes too? He is the variable that turn them to evil mages?
