Lol you're the one that needed help finding it but ended up being the one that shared the title
So I've had this manga bouncing around in my head for a while now but I don't remember what it was called.
So the premise was this kid gets disinherited and has to live in a cheap (kinda crappy) apartment building. His neighbor is i think his class mate and she teaches him how to save money. One of the first lessons she taught him was to use only one pump of soap when washing his hands (he used to just pump a shit ton in his hands before). If anyone knows the title or the link that would be lovely.
