So basically, there’s a war going on within the gang and people are trying to kill Jin because he’s going to become the boss and they don’t want him to. And since Jin doesn’t want his men to die for him he’s been trying to deal with it alone. And so when he got drugged they took him to Mathew so that Mathew would be able to keep him in there with him so Jins men could help Jin since Jin never let his men help fight. Because Mathew knew as soon as Jin got over the drugs he would leave he started to drug him every time he woke up in hopes he wouldn’t leave. And once Jin caught him he was pissed off about it because of the fact the he was trying to take control of him through drugs, which triggered him when Brandon used to do the same thing. That’s why he’s so pissed off at Mathew since he never thought he would do something like that to him. Hope that makes sense
