They end up together again bc of seme baby trapping him. But the uke never trusts or loves him again like he did before. Seme knows that and he tries his best so uke loves him again like before but uke doesn't. That how it ends.

I think the ending is quite fitting for this story. I just feel really bad for uke. He is not a pushover, he is powerless. He did everything he could do within his power. Feel bad for brother Li... he was the best along with Adi
