We call it the mangago forum, basically you can make topics or questions and then people reply to it if they want.
To make a post you have to click on one of those "things" and then you can make a question or "experience". The latter one is a bit weird so I wouldn't recommend that.
This sounds really complicated but it's just because the forums are made in a horrible way and it doesn't make sense lol. Those "things" are pretty much meaningless, you can make one yourself and then make a post under that but most people don't care and just you use the "question" one or whatever they see. It really doesn't matter.
