Idk if they are refering to any particular manga but according to my yaoi mind, I've seen this type of tattoo in yaoi which are literal pornos which i hated. (and yes i liked many of them).
From my experience, the ukes with these type of tattoos can be controlled by the seme, can have babies, resembles omega (from omegaverse), are EXTREMELY horny...they loose all the reason and sense when they see dicks.
