I also had dropped this for the same reason, but decided to finish it today. He never sets his eye on other woman again, is actually very dedicated to the girl and recognizes a lot of her qualities besides her appearance and tells her about this thing in the motel when they start dating for real (she even surprises herself thinking he chose to always be honest with her when he could have carried this to his grave and she wouldn't know). Give this another chance, it is really worth it
Dropped this after male lead tried to cheat on chapter 18 (and only didn't succeed in doing that because his dick turned into a dildo when he was about to fuck that other girl). Also the only compliment he seems to have for the female lead is ''small petite body'' yeah weird.
