tj couldn’t even tell about how different his relationship with ian was because the gang is homophobic. ian was the only one who has suffered from homophobia while tj gets girls in the days and ian in the night like a side meal. what a fucking coward

The way he’s vague with their relationship. Ian wants to clearly label their relationship exclusively, he wants to be with TJ or wanted to, but TJ kept holding it back, making Ian wait.

Raws show more of him keep on claiming Ian as his, but never really giving what Ian wants (love /with a label.)

While I can’t hate Taejoon, not sure if he’s the right one. At the moment I don’t think I want to root for anyone, maybe once this season is over I’ll come to a decision.

ian is not the only one who suffered from homophobia. they both are in an environment that values compulsory heterosexuality. tjs internalised homophobia and shame is heartbreakingly realistic not justifying what he did but grateful for doyak acknowledging it and not doing the ‘im only gay for you’ for you trope.

Tbh tj didn't even recognize the gang homophobia. He didn't experience any backlash for it. Only Ian did and he the one that recognize it, not tj. Tj was more about building connections than hiding his sexuality. It weird because it is obvious David Kim is gay, even other gang members knew about it but no one said anything about it or went against him. This comes down to Jamie. He hated Ian and how he talk about Ian could be the reason why so many talk behind Ian back.
