i feel like its either their summer break, or their weekends, or like they cant because of He tians family, or etc. i feel like the author left out some moments in their lives so we cant know for sure tbh. someone else confirm tho?
As far as we know this chapter is from future and He tian from present will soon leave and after he comes back again they must have already finished high school but we don't know yet bc Old Xian knows to make chapter from past, present and future to better understand their relationship
