a second thought, i think that just mean Brett don’t like do romantic thing with Hayden, he not hate Hayden but the cheesy gross his out, that why Hayden don’t want treat him like that too, despite being someone romantic lol

The author notes that neither of them wants to be close, but in the series, Brett is always the one trying to get close to Hayden like he obsessed and care for Hayden a lot.
Is this a change in the scriptwriting process, or is it true that Brett doesn’t want to be close to Hayden?
The more I look at their profiles, the more intriguing things I find, And if author setting still the same then the word “Naturally- Also” and “Detest” is really something, how Brett truly feel about Hayden? It he just act like he like Hayden but he truly really not(?). It he also displeasure with Hayden sometimes but keep that for himself to keep the benefit between them? Interesting
