Its legal. Bcuz by the time u graduate ur alreafy 18/19 yo. And the teacher waited plus he never let the student's feelings get to him to a point where he'll agree to date him always set boundaries and waited till he graduated which means waited till he's an adult. And never confirmed and gave a sure answer before if he likes him back or not. He did everything a teacher should do in those cases .
