different cultures and folks have different timelines and i do think it shifts when u pass the mid-twenties timeline. for myself, if i was dating someone, ideally we'd be married by the 1 to 1.5 year timeline. when i was younger, this would not be the case. so it shifts for sure and u can focus on ur career and be married after all!
Well a year might look like a very short time to date before getting married when you re probably in college
After you graduate and get that full time job and you start approaching your thirties, you ll eventually change your view of life and I think that a year , if you see that person frequently is a reasonable amount of time to know them

Wait aren’t they only a year and some months into their relationship? Isn’t that too early to think abt marriage or is it diff when older adults get into relationships? Plus she can most def get married into her thirties like it’s okay to focus on your career sis and i feel like masugu would have the same mindset as her I think
