I mean why is elsen there. How was he able to find Luce….. maybe if he was in the group of bandits trying to assassinate the prince, he would have an idea of where he is. Especially if he just joined on impulse cuz of what happened w his girl. What if, Elsen joined the plan on impulse and grief but when he realized Luce was protecting him he ran to check on him. It’s way too convenient. Maybe Luce will have to fight him and or kill him….. idk maybe non of that either. WAIT THE FRIEND WHO TOLD HIM TO CHANGE SQUADS OR WATEVER. He could have been apart of it ASWELL. And he got Elden involved by preying on his grief.
