okay so I read it somewhere the reason it's titled Hidden Love because the author didn't end up with him in real life??? like it's unrequited that's why she wrote this novel and make it happy ending

So I heard that this manhua is actually inspired by author's love story, but sadly hers wasn't a happy ending. But can anyone actually prove this for me? I couldn't find articles about it
