Haha I dunno whether my tips would help you but you can try. I dunno whether I can call this a diet but everyone around me keep saying that I have a diet routine when I'm not trying at all and I would eat whenever I wanted.
So here it is, I usually eat during morning and evening (around 5 or 6 o'clock). I don't usually eat at night but if I'm too hungry then I'd still eat at night.
My routine also affected from food portion too. Like if I eat too little at morning, I would eat again during noon. My meal at morning usually oat cereal (a small bowl) or a real meal where there is a plate of rice or so on. If I already have a heavy meal, I don't eat during noon. Then during evening is the only time I would eat whatever I want to eat as long I'm full. But I like healthy food. I usually avoid any unhealthy food. Maybe because I'm at the age where I like to eat healthy food. But this is only how I eat everyday. I don't eat that much and I hardly exercise (I only move around a bit to do housework).
Oh and, I'm also around 160cm height and my weight is 45kg.
Just to remind u, make sure your meal is balance with your daily activities.
This is one of the most random questions I have seen on a manga site.
It depends on if you want short term weight loss or long term. If short term cutting out all processed and fatty foods should help. If you want to do some exercise as well don't over do it. Start off with some moderate exercise, like add an extra 10 minute brisk walk to your usual routine.
If long term you will need to find a diet plan that suits your needs, a good one will focus on helping you to change to healthier eating habits and have options to help you become more active. I found the Slimming World plan worked well for me because I could easily substitute foods I could not eat.
It is important to do your research and find the right plan for you and in some cases it is important to get your doctors advice.
Hi everyone, I have difficulty in losing weight. my height is 160cm and my weight is 56kg ┗( T﹏T )┛ my face and shoulders are small but my thighs and butts are SO BIG. The reason is that I'm so lazy ( ̄∇ ̄") I want to lose at least 3kg in a month. Can you give me some advice? I can only do exercise at home because I'm really busy with my study and I can't get up early in the morning.
